Jay-Z and A. Keys are scheduled to perform their collabo, Empire State of Mind at the MTV VMA’s.  The show airs September 13 at 9pm and will be hosted by the same reject who hosted it last year(Russell Brand.) MTV needs to stop stunting. I know that  Mike Epps or Katt Williams are available…
